What’s the best option to get a breathe of relief in this burning
summer; I think the answer would be cold drinks ,ice-creams and cold beverages
which are capable of giving you a brief sense of relief. But most of the
deserts and ice-creams contain a certain amount of saturated fat that may not be
good for your health. So the one and only solution is to get a healthy homemade
desert which not only gives a relief to your taste buds but also brings a sufficient
amount of protein and carbohydrate to you. Fruit Custard with Vanilla Ice-cream is the today’s
recipe.
Ingredients
v
4 cups of milk
v
3 table spoon banana(or any)flavored custard
v
1 and a half cup of sugar
v
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
v
2 banana,3 leeches or any seasonal fruits
Process
Take a pan and place your milk into it. Stir it well for 10
to 15 minutes and when it gets enough thickened to cover your spoon then add
the custard powder in it, remember before adding the custard powder mix the
custard powder in a half cup of hot water and add the liquidated form of powder
in the milk unless it will clod and your custard wouldn’t prepare well. After
that cut seasonal fruits in small pieces and place them into a serving cup and
gently and tenderly pour the custard into top of it. Now you can add one scoop
of vanilla ice-cream in it. If you are worried about your calorie increase then
you can make this ice-cream in your home also. As take 4-5 cups of milk and
make it well dense by heating it for 15-20 minutes in medium flame. Now mix
kaju elaichi in it and leave it into freezer for cooling. Now take vanilla
flavored custard make it the same way stated above and pour it into the milk
base and also leave the whole thing for cooling for 45-50 minutes in deep
freezer. Just check it before opening it. If it takes a creamy texture then
tour vanilla ice-cream is ready (remember do not put enough amount of custard
over the milk base because are just putting the vanilla custard for adding the
flavor in it.) Now put one scoop of ice-cream into it. Garnish it well as your
wish. Now your Fruity custard with vanilla ice-cream is ready to plate.
